I just bought a Digitone so wanted to grab the free pack. I couldn’t get the https://elektron.se website to load yesterday (it’s always been a bit slow). I returned today to find the whole site revamped. The sound pack browser is much easier to stay filters and load properly now.
But…
To log in you have to create a new account with the old email address. Done that but it still won’t let me log in.
Is this just going to be a case of staying patient?
I tested it, you have indeed to create an account with your previous email, then you login again.
It works for me.
Is this a new machine?

This trigged some images in my mind, but it must be some translation issue I guess.
Yeah, I think they are still adjusting things. But don’t hesitate to send a mail: precise and constructive user feedback is usually helpful.
Can confirm that re-creating a new account with the same mail address doesn’t work. Seems to be a general issue at the moment…
Edit: The mobile site doesn’t give you access to your account at all. Not sure if that’s intentional?
Try clearing your browser history or using an incognito tab. I recreated my account then cleared cache. No issues. The registration page was still a work in progress though.

Had this problem a couple times in the past. Can’t tell what exactly caused it, but eventually i was able to log in again… I would try a different browser and deleting site-related cookies first. If that doesn’t help just wait and try again at a later time 
I’ve just had all of this happen to me. Created a new account using the same email address and it appears to work but then when I click on “Account” it just wants me to log in again. Hopefully they get it sorted soon. So long as I can download any updates as they happen I’ll be happy.
Always a good idea to switch a site to maintenance mode instead of changing a live environment …

Good idea. No deadline mentioned by the way. Just that re-registered accounts using the same mail address will be merged with the former ones.
website works and I’ve recreated the account but can’t login, not sure if that’s issue with the wordpress redirect or something, it says “logged in” but nothing happens, just getting the login form again when clicking the account, maybe should wait a bit more…
ok, if I go to the account directly it works, so I guess it’s something with the template. my devices are not there yet though…
