After a national search that brought many dynamic candidates to the Kleinhans stage, the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra has selected John Morris Russell as its new Principal Pops Conductor.
The BPO’s 2015-16 Season celebrates the 75th anniversary of Kleinhans Music Hall, with major guest artists such as Lang Lang and Chris Botti and works showcasing the hall’s exquisite acoustics.

After a three-day audition process that included more than a hundred qualified candidates, the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra has selected Linda Greene as the new second flute.

BPO Board of Trustees Chair Louis P. Ciminelli announced that the orchestra has received a leadership gift from Angelo and Carol Fatta.This gift will endow the Music Director’s position.
