The feature I would like to see implemented is this:
you activate automation rec mode (on a parameter, for e.g. filter frequency), then the sequencer plays once and overwrites the current value of the parameter as a p.lock on EVERY step, both when you are and aren’t moving the parameter knob.
In this mode the value is always locked on every step, so: if I move the filter frequency and then keep it constant for 5 steps, on those 5 steps the value is p.locked as the same value on every step.
I find it tedious when I want to perform an automation over a long note, but only some of the values are entered as p.locks, and I get these jumping values unless
I program by hand every missing p.lock for that parameter.

Generally, elektron personnel do not use this forum to communicate with users as it’s primarily a member forum, although elektron does from time-to-time post information about products and updates and, as far as I know, they do consider the information added to the dedicated feature request topics.
