My Digitakt start to crashed with that last firmware 1.52, today I’m trying a synth into l/r with overbridge and suddenly the Digitakt crashed and after that the USB doesn’t work anymore. Anyone have a similar issue??

If you’re in overbridge mode, try switching the Digitakt menu option to USB midi / audio instead of overbridge and then power cycle your computer and then open transfer and reattempt to connect. If you still aren’t making any progress, then I think that your best bet is to contact support and open a ticket from your elektron.se account.

Yeah, you’ll have to wait for a response but better than waiting for a response starting tomorrow. They may want you to try an older version of overbridge but let them tell you which one, I read about a lot of complications with mac and overbridge and maybe it’s a coincidence, but I wouldn’t mess about too much and just go straight to the source.

Sucks, but not sure what else to tell you. If it does connect to transfer in usb midi/audio mode then you could try reloading the current firmware to your digitakt and then try overbridge one more time before creating a ticket, there shouldn’t be any harm in that.

Good luck.

Hi!!!

I’m talking with Elektron… I can’t use transfer also, is like the USB port is disconnected…

It’s a problem, I can not connect my Digitakt to transfer to update any firmware, save or whatever.

Thanks for your comments!!!

Thanks!
I already wrote with elektron. They wrote the following but nothing helps:

1. Disconnect your USB device, count to 5 and then plug it back in.

2. In the upper-left of the screen, click the Apple menu, and select About This Mac.

3. In the window that appears, click on System Report. A new window will open.

4. A System Report window will be displayed. On the left-hand side of the window, under Hardware, select USB.

5. On the right, you will see all of your available USB buses and their connected devices. You can expand each bus by clicking on the arrow next to it.

6. If your USB device is connected, you should see it displayed under one of these.

7. If you do not see your device listed here, disconnect it, and select File > Refresh Information. This will make the computer rescan the ports. Connect your device to the computer again, and select Refresh Information a second time. Your device should hopefully appear.
