Syntakt | Logic Pro - Start/Stop

Hey, I’m trying to figure how to start either logic from syntakt och syntakt from logic. I swear I had it working before, but now (upgraded to 1.30) I can’t seem to get it to work.

What I’m after is to be able to start and stop syntakt och logic by either pressing play in logic or by pressing play in Syntakt. Preferably starting Logic by pressing play in Syntakt.

Im on Apple Mac mini M4 (Sequoia 1.5) Latest Logic Pro.
Tried doing it with midi connected through Arturia Minifuse.

And also by connecting with usb to overbridge straight without Minifuse.

Why I’m doing this is because I have some “backing tracks” in logic that I in a live situation want to be able to start and stop in sync.

Update, in case anyone finds this thread in the future.

I opened an old song in which I knew this worked. And started looking att what’s different in the setup. And it took a lot off digging but turns out Logic has a Midi Sync setting per project/song. So this has to be turned on in each song I want to sync.

Its under File → Project Settings → Synchronization
