Is my ST borked? L/R Main output not equal

I am getting like 20dB or so more out of the left channel. I tried different cables, am using TRS and it’s happening on all machines/tracks(analog+digital)
Yes amp is set to center, overbridge gets the proper balanced levels but in my mixer it’s coming in way more extreme on the left side. Not really sure how this has happened, hoping it’s something silly that I forgot about but to me it looks like something has crapped the bed inside the sonic metropolis. Any advice? In the meantime I made a support ticket.

EDIT: I played around with the input settings on my allen+heath cq12-t and after unlinking the stereo pair to mono inputs and then setting it back to a linked stereo fixed the problem. I did the automatic gain setting so it seems as if it was some sort of bug with the mixer not a problem with the syntakt.

Maybe it’s the volume pot?

I played around with the volume pot and it never changed anything. Smooth as a whistle the whole way.

I went messing about with my mixer and found there seems to be a bug with the auto gain not setting the channels equally when they are linked as a stereo pair. So nothing to do with Elektron… I’m glad it was a simple fix to be honest and I’ll have to submit a bug report to Allen & Heath
