Custom Init Pattern?

I am wondering if anyone has any idea how to create a different deafult init pattern on the syntakt (if at all possible), so that whenever I open a new patttern, I don’t have to reconfigure MIDI channels, and re-adjust my input level in the mixer.

For instance, the default pattern I’m referring to is:
TR1 - BD MODERN
TR2 - SD VINTAGE
TR3 - CP VINTAGE
.
.
.
TR11 - SY DUAL VCO
TR12 - CY RIDE

Is there any way to change this so that when I create a new pattern, TR8 loads as a MIDI track with channel, sub-bank, and bank already populated with the values I set, instead of with the SY TOY engine? And in addition to this, initialize the External Mixer’s input level at 127 instead of 0?

The closest I’ve come is creating the pattern, then copy pasting it over all the other patterns in a bank, which certainly isn’t so tedious I won’t do it, but I feel like I’m just missing one little piece in making the process flow a little more.

I have a feeling it has something to do with the pattern menu in settings, and the options to save and reload patterns from your project if it’s even possible, but haven’t had any luck trying to intuit my way through it.

No changing the defaults, unfortunately, but you can paste a pattern to several empty slots at once to make a template project to start from. PTN + copy, then PTN + [trigs] + paste. Depending on how many of the buttons you can hold down at one time, you should be able to paste the template pattern throughout an empty project in a minute or two.
