Some things to look forward to at SFF :
Kaona has three new modules since last year.
Voltator – Sisyphus – Joey
Voltator – Four channels with transposition, addition, subtraction and other manipulation plus voltmeter.
Joey – An event generator for random, fractal and Euclidean gates.
Sisyphus – A stereo granular filter, with Kaona’s homebrewed combination of low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, notch, peak, comb, Karplus-Strong, and ladder, which can morph with preset patterns, and a deep interface.
You may compare this to the Klavis Grainity ( post ).
Last year Kaona showed their crazy Zazou module ( post ).

Also at the show again this year will be Velours who now have ( or should have ) their controller Karl in production. This could be considered as alternative for the MP Midi ( thread ) and even the mighty Roto Control from Melbourne Instruments ( thread )
We may alao get a look at their keyboard controller product Nora. ( Please don’t flame me, i am just reporting this. )

ADDED :
Less than three weeks to the show now.
Expect to see a few new modules from Klavis. That should be interesting.
AND :
The ALT from Cyma Forma ( thread ) will arrive in its final form, with some likely dramatic demonstrations and performances, plus a video, as they get ready to ship this synth later this year.
