Some (maybe all?) Release Notes links are broken. The ones I tried on the Analogs just redirect to a sales page. Not sure if Elektron monitors threads like this, but thought it worth mentioning anyway.

Hello, i have a quite strange issue.
So, I didn’t use to log to Elektron account for a long period. But when i decide to log in, all, that i see is 3-5 seconds of loading page and after that “Unauthorized” message without any reason. I tried with new fresh account and all work properly, but what is wrong with my account? I messaged to Elektron contact mail with this issue and after one week - zero response.

this happens, Elektron is now looking to hire someone for tech support so it is possible that there’s a long support queue and it will take time to get a response.
is there something specific you need from your profile? or have you tried going to a different link when logged in? or from an incognito browser session?

by the way, maybe for some reason you’ll be able to access the soundpacks section directly, so try going to the link after the login attempt:
yes, it works in 50% of iterations.
it works, but i noticed that all problems are cart related, because cart loads infinite period of time
very very random response. i guess, elektron’s site has a mess with it
How old is the account? I can’t remember where, but I read something about someone having trouble logging in after the site redesign, the account definitely would have to be more than 5 years old though otherwise this wouldn’t impact you.

It’s not possible the password is a mismatch?
actually I just logged into mine and tried the wrong password first, I get a different message as opposed to unauthorized so it’s a different kind of error.
Did you try clearing browser cookies and normal web browser type fixes?
no, i changed password 2-3 times, i say, that system is logged in me, but cart always loads and if it in some cases ends loading i will be dropped to “Unauthorized” page
I see, so the account login was successful, but accessing the cart is the issue. Let me see if I can add something to my cart and see what happens.

for my hypothesis i created new account and all works great. But this solution is not for me. I am waiting for Elektron message

I think that’s the only option right now, I added something to my cart and it’s as slow as the website normally is, but it works. Sorry I can’t help.

I’ve chased them, got an email from a support guy who wasn’t even supposed to be dealing with the case, then nothing.
