User had issues with the site/cart a few years back. Clearing cookies helped some users. Maybe give it a try! Hope you get it sorted!

Have you tried turning off ad blockers & tracker protection? The redesign handles that stuff badly (or it did last year when I was paying attention to this stuff).

I just opened a ticket last week for replacement caps for my Digitakt. They responded the next day and shipped out my caps the day after that.

Yes, or try some form of incognito mode.
I work on a software as a service sort of dealio and when we don’t trigger the client’s cache to expire when we deploy updates to the site it can cause some glitching until the session cookie expires.
i previously tried it. Does not work
