Two of same device in Overbridge

Hi all!

I have a Heat mk1 and mk2. I just tried briefly to run them both in Ableton at the same time via Overbridge (I tried creating two tracks with each their own Heat-Overbridge plugin) but Overbridge doesn’t seem to recognise twó different Heat’s at the same time it seems.

Is that true, that it’s not possible to run two of the same devices via Overbridge?

Thanks in advance, did a quick search and couldn’t find it.

I don’t think so. I have a Digitone and Digitone Keys and last I checked I wasn’t able to use two instances of the plugin at the same time. These are very niche use cases so I don’t expect full support, but maybe someone has a better answer.

EDIT: It seems like you should be able to load two instances at the same time.

Did you try; or found a reference somewhere? (Thanks:)

I tested myself. You should see both devices in the drop down menu:

That’s great news! Thanked a lot for testing @dzyndzel

Fun, it seems with that I’m going to try and route my whole setup via Overbridge and see if I like it.
