Impossible to install on my NEW SYSTEM overbridge 2.13.4 or 2.8.4. System Log say this but the units are even without usb cables

the elektron units are without usb cables connected and off of course.

Hi, last week my disk C (system hardisk) burned so Im re installing everything…now Im stuck on Overbridge that it works fine from 2018 untill last week. My C: disk is pure with only Windows10 last updated, ableton and a few plugins…ok now I would like to re install Overbridge but nothing…it seems impossible.
