Elektron Model Samples : playing samples chromatically without changing tempo

I bought an Elektron Model Samples and I need to play a sample of a synth sound with a tempo-synced tremolo effect in a song context. When I play this sample chromatically on the triggers, I obviously lose the intrinsic speed of the sample when resampling. Is it possible to play a sample chromatically while keeping the tempo intact during resampling?

Otherwise, is there a way to prepare all the different notes of the synth in advance and assign each one to one of the 16 trig keys?

That’s only doable if you somehow record 16 samples (two octaves) and then load those on the M:S.

So there’s a way to load specific samples to trigger keys instead of loading a sample to a track and play it chromatically?

I don’t think there is a way to timestretch or multisample on the M:S. But you could use the LFO to do the tremolo, in which case it would be independent of the sample playback speed.
