+1. I appreciate the Syntakt tips/tricks videos. 🫡
I recently got Dave’s DT1 course. I’m only through part 1 but it has given me not only a much better understanding of DT1, but what is even better is that many principles carry over to other machines, and it’s also helped me get a lot more enjoyment out of my OG Polyend Tracker.
Before the course, I had no idea how or why to fine tune the delay settings, I just thought “let’s add some delay here.” Now my favorite part of creating a track is tweaking the delay. And my output sounds 2-3x more professional than anything I did before the course. And that is just from going through part 1, the basics….
I too am in the process of joining the Dave Mech Appreciation Society. Just finished module 1 of the Digitakt 2 course and I have learnt more in this one module than many many more hours of random YouTube lessons that I have tried to learn from.
Good educator and the course is structured in a way that everything makes sense and leads methodically in to the next lesson. I can really recommend the course to anyone who has found the digitakt hard to learn. I gave up on the Digitakt 1 but in hindsight the instrument was fine, my understanding of the workflow is what was the problem. Thanks Dave!!
