Hello, I’m using this cable found on Amazon France.
And this power bank.
This combo works really well for the Syntakt, but since I can’t found anyone else using this cable with the Syntakt, I’m wondering if it is safe, and I’m not about to burn the machine.
I don’t have a direct answer about the cable manufacturer to tell you how well it’s built, but according to their product page on Amazon this cable should be fine for Syntakt power requirements.
“PD Sink Chip: Built-in PD smart sink chip, so this PD cable can produce 12V voltage stably, powerful enough to support 3A maximum current, supports USB PD fast charging.”
Unless someone can confidently say that this is a poorly manufactured unit, I don’t think that you’ll have a problem when taking into account the power requirements of syntakt or the cable’s ability to deliver stable power.
I have used the same cable with Syntakt and Digitakt and had no problems. I have used it with a powerbank and a USB-C wallplug.
With the 26800mAh Powerbank the Syntakt would run for 4-5 hours.
