TRIG param LOCK on Digitakt 2's MIDI track via external controller?

Hi so I’m trying to make parameter locks with external midi controller on a Digitakt 2 MIDI TRACK, and the value changes does not seem to Trig LOCK. Is this the default behavior or a bug?

I’m sending CC70 to Digitakt’s MIDI TRACK which is controlling other gear.
