It depends how much you like; the clip-matrix & all the unique benefits of the 64 pads, 8 knob with screens vs 4 without screens, the crossfader & it’s 16 macro slots, the 16 envelope followers/LFOs.
Also keep in mind the Force not ever be updated except for maybe one more time, then there’s the Force MockbaMod OS that’s way more powerful than the Akai OS.

Still can’t get the filterbank plugin to show on the activation list on V3. The ones I bought in the Sale have worked tho. Not downgrading to try and fix it tho.

The sale has proven too hard to resist. Picked up Jura the other day for $29, and just used that new code and got OPx-4 and Delay Pro for $46.

I wouldn’t read much into those sales regarding new hardware, they did the same for the two last years at least. I got almost all the MPC plugins during some sales for what I consider much more reasonable prices.
I finally found pretty good brass sounds from Cubilas, at a very nice price. They also offered some expansions for free, quite useful.

wonder, was there ever a “Current sounds coming from your mpc thread” like the Current sounds coming from your gear thread just for mpc only creations?
Just imagine this mess on the forum if every piece of gear will have a separate topic.

the facebook user groups (and youtube) are pretty much nothing but . . .
It was a serious question. Few devices are as versatile and offer as much as the modern MPCs, yet I hardly see any sound snippets or tracks in the ‘Current Sounds Coming from Your Gear’ thread. I’m just surprised and wondering why all these posts in this thread rarely seem to lead to actual music being shared on the forum.
