Note parameter improvement is very cool and a very big deal, thank you so much!

this would probably break the universe. imagine modulating LFO depth with Velocity and then Velocity with the LFO?

Wait. There’s no mention of double trigger issue resolved. Didn’t they mention it is a priority in this update?

EDIT: I’ve read it again. AND IT DOES FIX IT

Sorry all, I’ll take the ā€œcomplained before reading properlyā€ hat with pride.

THANK YOU ELEKTRON

The looping fix seems really great, and now I feel like its useable not only as a tool for composing but maybe also performance

some people might pay extra for this if you call it a feature!

There is a bit of a workaround but there is a con with it.

Set the sampler page to be Post Mixer. Go to the External Mixer Page and set the input to dual mono. Make sure input volume is turned on (by default the Left channel is on but I believe the right channel is turned down).

Go back to the recorder page and set the unit to be Main.

Only problem with this is I believe it’ll record the metronome as well and of course any other sounds you have playing.

But yeah, it’s really crazy that something that was a feature on the Digitakt 1 doesn’t exist here.

Very hopeful they will implement this in the future, it would open so many possibilities for generating new sequences!

Yayyyyyy!!!

Hoping this makes the next cut, really missing global fx/vol!

Great! Reporting successful upgrade here, and was pleased to see the installer takes a final step of verifying the file system, much appreciated for peace of mind.

Aren’t global pages obsolete now since it’s saved with each pattern and kit? Unlike AR and A4 where it was a necessity?

Not sure i would be tbf, the Preset/Sound only targets(modulates) parts of itself … i.e. there aren’t any targets which relate to tracks/patterns

it’s probably not just an arbitrary distinction line - i’m not suggesting there aren’t other ways towards this end - i’m just not too sure that progress on one aspect (tracks) opens up the door for other aspects(kits/sounds/presets)

submitting a feature request that explains what is desired is a place to start in any case

You just killed my dreams, buddy. :weary:

But I get it and you’re probably right. I will send in a feature request just in case, I’m sure it’s a feature that many others would appreciate.

Yes indeed

What about recording true mono?
