This really reminds me of Alix Perez’s 1985 label dubstep if you had a snare on the 3, I don’t think this track needs it though, really sick

just kidding, thanks, now that you mention it I could’ve put some of the acoustic snare to go with the bd acoustic, don’t think I have a spare track though…

Ha - meant endearingly, it’s a very dark/minimal/not skrillex type sound, top 3 favorite labels ever for me :joy:

it’s crazy to me when people tell me I remind them someone I necessarily heard of, huge compliment!
also, while I don’t listen to dubstep I’m sure that like with any other electronic genre there’s good stuff and there’s mass produced pop version

Another Drambo experiment: one percussion top loop exciting a modulated Rings, add FX, record and play back half speed. Then add the original Rings tracks back.
