Just tried to buy some sound packs again. Last time was january I think and had the same issues, thought I out in a support ticket, but heard nothing back from them.
3 attempts, payment wont go through, each time my cart gets deleted and I have yo go through the whole process again.
Is this a problem for anyone else?
Edit to add: Just tried to make a support ticket. I was logged in before I started. Typed out the whole thing, then when I tried to submit it said I needed to log it, it was unauthorised and my support ticket details were wiped.
I may be trippin but it looks like Elektron got another redesign today on mobile and desktop. Looks great IMO, except on mobile it’s an extra click to get to the Support page.

You are not trippin. It’s definitely been updated, and you also have to create a new account to log in. However, it will sync to your old account if you use the same email. The site looks really good, Mom, on desktop.
The top left ‘select region ‘ option vanishes too quickly ( iOS , chrome )
Otherwise it seems nice.
Admin were forewarned there could be some potential for glitches today as there were changes afoot for the main site - not looked at it yet, but if there are issues, these would be being worked on, was the message
