I bought the remastered album off bandcamp last week and been listening to it quite a lot since, it’s really amazing. I would love the full lp package. I don’t dare checking the prices on discogs though.
Yeah Landstrumm put out some great music through it
I have got the entire original LPs Collection
I doubt you will find it on the second hand market.
I think I saw one many years ago in a second hand shop in London for £300

This will show my age, as many of the recommendations here, but this might be my all time favorite techno track. I think it fits the bill, but perhaps a bit harder/faster than @craig intended:
Ok sorry, didnt read this well
Perhaps this will fit better:
And much of the Stroboscopic Artefacts discography:
I can go on with this
You also didn’t read this:

Oh boy
Well you have names to look up
For serious, and not just the solo work.
The Super_Collider material is timeless on my record player.
I’ve got a battered copy of Head On knocking round the shelves. I need to dig it out not had it on in years
More in the dub territory but pretty minimal nonetheless, good for this time of year too One of my most played albums on and off the cans.
Oh and Gas…how could I forget Gas.
Dark and minimal for sure…and ambient:
Not really minimal, but brilliantly produced and dark as f… …one of my alltime favourite techno albums: L.S.G. - The Black Album from 1998.
And there’s also Speedy J - Loudboxer (2002), from a time when he rocked on his Yamaha SU700 loop samplers. The album starts on a minimal level and grows to a huge techno trip.
Edit: But you said you don’t like the heavier side, sorry.
Loudboxer blew my mind when released
