Some manufactors offer firmware updates regulary (Empress Zoia) and some offer them not so frequently. I recently updated some divices but as I often miss firmware updates (though, I´ve subscribed to many newsletters), I wonder if there is a thread where all fx and synth firmware updates are posted?
Elektron always sends mails when new updates are coming out.
Alternatively you can also check the News category here on this forum. Everytime a new update for one of the Elektron devices arrives, a new post gets created.
Just scrolling down through the News category and scanning the post titles quickly is enough to be up-to-date.

Good idea in theory, but I can imagine it’d get hard to keep up with/pay attention to if tons of people post about updates to gear you don’t have. It’d be hard to sort through.

I’ll go first with a popular synth around here. Latest Hydrasynth v1.5 firmware.
So you really want to dig through a thread with thousands of posts just to identify the few ones you are really interested in (and then still not being sure if the information is up-to-date)? This doesn’t sound like an efficient and fast way to me. IMHO it’s more a waste of time for everyone.
A forum thread is simply not the right tool for this. This functionality would be best served with a database and user accounts specifying the owned devices and latest updates installed on them.

Behringer RD 8. A respected member of another forum is actively working on the firmware with Behringer and a v2.03 is imminent it would seem. 2.02 seems to address a lot of issues.
